Termsplainly put
The agreement, in plain words.
These terms govern this website. The product is supplied under a separate written agreement, and where the two disagree, that one wins.

This website
What you may do with these pages.
- Read, quote and share it
Everything here is published to be read and quoted, including by assistants. Quote it with attribution and a link. You do not need to ask.
- The marks are not yours
wayworks, DebugInit, MYNA and the product names are ours, along with the logos in /brand. Use them to refer to us, not to suggest we endorse you.
- The letters
The signed letters may be downloaded and forwarded whole. Please do not edit them and keep our name on them.
- Nothing here is an offer
Pages describing the product, including stages and plans, are information rather than a contractual commitment. What we owe you is what a signed agreement says.
Being careful
What we do and don't promise.
- Product stages are literal
Every product name carries its stage — private pilot, building, R&D, concept, exploration. A concept is a concept. We would rather be dull than be found out.
- The calculators are yours, not ours
The cost sum and the fit check compute from the figures you type, in your browser. They are a way of thinking, not advice, and no industry average is hidden in the arithmetic.
- This site is provided as it is
We take care with it but do not warrant it is uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud — and nothing here limits what a signed agreement says about the product.
- Links out
Where we link elsewhere, that place is theirs and its terms are theirs.
The formal bits
Changes, law, and where to argue.
- Changes
We may update these terms. The review date at the top is the honest one. Material changes affecting customers are notified under the agreement rather than by quietly editing a page.

- Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, your mandatory local rights are unaffected by anything here.
