How we workslowly, on purpose

One department. Then the argument.

The way this goes wrong is a twelve-month programme that replaces everything and proves nothing. So we do the opposite: one real process, in your own space, measured at both ends — and a decision made on what happened rather than on a deck.

small, real, measured.
in that order

The sequence

Five steps, none of them a pilot fee.

  1. 01A conversation

Not a demo. You describe how the work actually moves, including the parts held together by one person’s memory. We tell you where this fits and where it doesn’t.

  2. 02Shape

Your operating model written down: the roles, the steps, the words your organisation uses. This is the part most projects skip and most projects later blame.

  3. 03A space

Your address exists. One department, one real process, real permissions — not a sandbox with sample data in it.

  4. 04Live, narrowly

That one department works in it for an agreed period, with the four measurements taken at the start read again at the end.

  5. 05Yours

Rollout to the next department, your own domain, or your own cloud account and region. Whichever of those is right is a conversation, not a pricing tier.

What we need from you

Three things, and none of them is a committee.

01

A process worth moving

One real, whole process — not the easiest one, and not a demonstration.

02

Someone who owns it

A person who can say how the work should run and be listened to when they do.

03

An hour, twice

Once to shape it, once to read what happened. Everything between those is ours.

What you get

A space, a connection, and a straight answer.

01

Your space, configured

Your terminology, your roles, your steps — at your address, in the region you chose.

02

The connection

The lines that connect it to Claude or ChatGPT, and the governance that decides what they may do.

03

A straight answer

The four measurements, read together. Including the reading where the honest conclusion is that it is not worth continuing.

And what we won’t say

The four sentences you won’t hear from us.

  • We won’t quote someone else’s results

Case studies from other companies describe other companies. Yours is the only measurement that settles it.

  • We won’t promise the whole organisation at once

Everything-at-once is how platform projects fail. One department, then the argument makes itself.

  • We won’t say the AI decides

It drafts, routes, finds and explains, inside permissions, with a record. A person still decides, and the record shows who.

  • We won’t hide what is a concept

Every product on this site carries its stage, on the page and in its letter. Concepts are labelled as concepts.
