Is it for you?an honest answer
Eight questions. Some answers are no.
A qualification page that can only conclude “yes” is a sales funnel wearing a checklist. This one can conclude that you should spend the money elsewhere this year, and we would rather it did that now than after a project.
Tick what is true
Honestly, though.

When it isn’t
Four situations where we would say so.
- One team, one tool, no crossings
If the work sits inside a single team and a single tool, a shared base is overhead you would be paying for nothing.
- A problem a specialist solves better
Where a deep, mature specialist tool fits the whole of the need, use it. We would rather connect to it than argue with it.
- Nobody able to decide
Without someone who can change how a department works, this becomes another system beside the work instead of the place it happens.
- A number you need this quarter
Shaping an operating model is worth doing and is not instant. If the deadline is weeks away, fix the one thing that hurts first.
a fast no costs less
than a slow yes
If it does fit
Then the next step is small.
One conversation about how the work actually moves, and a space with one real process in it. Everything after that is decided on what happened rather than on what we said would happen.
